WP9 will support the coordination and organization of the INF4INiTY project.

WP9 Project Management

WP9 ensures strategic project coordination and management throughout the entire INF4INiTY project. It monitors progress, organizes decision-making and reporting to the funding authorities, and manages risks, data, and intellectual property.

This work package oversees administrative, technical, financial, and legal aspects, ensures smooth project implementation, and maintains compliance with data protection standards. Continuous risk assessment and mitigation, combined with effective communication among partners, guarantees timely delivery of objectives and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
