GDPR Compliance Statement on the Treatment of Personal Data
In compliance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Aquatera Atlántico, as communications leader of the INF4INiTY project, ensures that all personal data provided through this website will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We collect personal data from users who:

Access to this data is restricted to authorized personnel involved in project communications, all of whom are obliged to maintain confidentiality.

Data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except with project partners as necessary for the project’s purposes. Data will be securely stored for five (5) years following the end of the project.
Sensitive personal data, as defined in Article 9 GDPR, will not be collected through consent or participation forms.
